使用镜像安装Jenkins插件

如果已经启动了Jenkins，可以到插件管理-高级里更改镜像地址

也可以在安装插件前，定位到以下地址，更改镜像地址后，再继续安装

{JENKINS_ROOT_URL}/pluginManager/advanced
